OSS Developer – Location: Europe

We are looking for a developer for a new internal web project under the InnerDaemon brand. As a part of the InnerDaemon team, you will be required to work with a lead project manager in the UK, as well as development teams in the US and Indian sub-Continent. To be considered for this role you will:

Need to have experience in working within or managing virtual and geographically dispersed projects within teams of 5-10 people.
Need to have at least 2 years demonstrable experience in working with the following technologies: LAMP, Ruby on Rails, C, Java, Javascript and HTML.
Be working on front-end elements but your role will be mainly using your strong back-end DB skills. It’s all about extensibility and coding for growth.
Have a good working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and preferably Flash. An intermediate knowledge is preferred but noobs are welcome to apply.
Have a deep-rooted love of OSS but have at least one year of MS experience.

Business Partner – Microsoft SharePoint

We are looking for a UK or US-based company to partner on a project to deploy Microsoft’s SharePoint server in into a new market. The opportunity is as follows:

To design and deploy the vanilla SharePoint offering to fit within a market that is currently ruled by three incumbent software suppliers.
We have a direct route to market with an opportunity to develop a platform with the full consent and direction of the end-user.
Initial development is a paid role, future licensing and reciprocal opportunities included.
